I know a lot about comparing myself to others fitness journey’s, feeling unhappy in my own skin, feeling lost and not balancing my time well. My coaching teaches you how to live a sustainable lifestyle and why you need consistent habits. HABITS that will last you longer than a quick fix leading you back into that yo-yo dieting scam.
I am a 37 year old, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist! I have been coaching for over 8 years now and training myself for over 19 years in Bikini competitions, Powerlifting and Crossfit and now focusing on a healthy, balanced lifestyle without injury and teaching my kids about a balanced life.
I am passionate about teaching people the sustainable way to reach their goals without restriction or feeling overwhelmed. You don’t have to eliminate any of your favorite foods!
