At Home Workout
Sometimes we don’t always have access to much equipment or access to a gym. Here is a little body weight workout you can do from home or in a hotel room if you are travelling. It’s a quick little circuit just to get the body moving
Complete 3 full rounds rest 1 minute between rounds, everything is with your bodyweight and you will complete 10-15 reps
Squat
Push ups
Reverse lunges 10-15 per leg
Dips with a chair
Squat pulse
Flutter kicks
Bicycles
